How to set it up.

  1. Create a read-only REST key

    In WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API, with Read permission. Paste the key and your store address.

  2. Add a WordPress application password

    Users → Profile → Application Passwords. Your SEO agent can then publish articles as drafts or live posts.

  3. Connect Google and your email tool

    One Google sign-in for Analytics, Search Console and Google Ads, then Mailchimp, Brevo, Omnisend or Klaviyo.

  4. Approve the first plan

    Your agents draft. Nothing is published, sent or spent until you approve it.

Do I need to install a WordPress plugin?

No. MarketingBuddy connects with a read-only WooCommerce REST key and, for publishing, a WordPress application password. The AI pixel is optional: one tag in your theme’s header, a header-scripts plugin or Google Tag Manager.

Can it publish to my WordPress blog?

Yes. Your SEO agent publishes finished articles as drafts or live posts, with the SEO title and meta description filled in, after you approve them.

Will it change my orders or products?

No. The WooCommerce key is read-only. MarketingBuddy reads orders, products and sales and can’t edit any of them.

My store runs behind Cloudflare. Does that matter?

Nothing is installed on your server, so your host and Cloudflare stay as they are. If Cloudflare’s bot protection blocks the connection, let requests to your store’s /wp-json/ path through and connect again.

I sell in several currencies. How is that reported?

Your dashboard shows sales in one reporting currency at saved exchange rates. A currency without a rate is listed apart instead of guessed, and your ad accounts keep their own currency.
