This policy applies to every purchase from MarketingBuddy, operated by Mango Villa LLC. It summarizes section 8 of our Terms of Service, which governs if the two ever differ.
All sales are final
Every payment is final and non-refundable. That includes the $1 trial fee, monthly subscription fees, and AI credits, whether you buy them yourself or auto top-up buys them. We do not refund or credit partial months, time you did not use, unused credits, or a cancellation part-way through a billing period.
Subscription
- The workspace is $1 for a 14-day trial, then the monthly price of the plan you choose (Solo $49, Autopilot Light $89 or Autopilot $149), renewing automatically until you cancel. AI credits included with a plan are part of that plan’s payment and are non-refundable too.
- Cancel during the trial and the monthly charge does not run.
- You can cancel at any time yourself in Billing with Cancel subscription. After you cancel you are not billed again, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
AI credits
- AI credits are an optional, prepaid purchase, separate from the subscription. You only need them for the AI built into MarketingBuddy; you can use your own AI client instead.
- Credits are non-refundable, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. Credits left when your subscription ends or your account is closed are not refunded.
- Auto top-up is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time in Billing.
AI results
Credits pay for the work the AI providers do on each run, whatever the result. AI can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable, and a run can fail, stop or not do what you asked. Credits used by those runs are not refunded, and we are not responsible for the result of any AI run or request. In a particular case we may choose to return credits, at our sole discretion, without any obligation to do so again.
Questions about a charge
If you think you were charged in error, email hello@mymarketingbuddy.com before contacting your bank, and we will look into it. Nothing in this policy limits a right you have under law that cannot be waived.
